These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Mini Draw.

 

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Opens: Tuesday 22 September 2026 at 8:00am AEST

Closes: Thursday 24 September 2026 at 7:00pm AEST

Only eligible purchases completed during the Promotional Period will receive entries into this Mini Draw.

 

4. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or older
• Excluding residents of South Australia

Employees of the Promoter, persons directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible.

 

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotional Period, purchase an eligible AUSTMOTO Rider Support Value Pack through AUSTMOTO.com.

Eligible purchases receive:

$15 Starter Pack — 5 Mini Draw entries
$30 Plus Pack — 30 Mini Draw entries
$75 Premium Pack — 100 Mini Draw entries

Entries are included as a promotional benefit with the applicable Rider Support Value Pack at no additional charge.

Multiple eligible purchases are permitted.

 

6. VALID ENTRIES

Entrants must provide accurate contact information when completing their purchase.

Entries associated with fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged-back transactions may be declared invalid.

Entries obtained through automated systems, bots, manipulation or other improper means are prohibited.

 

7. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize.

The winner receives 3 Premium Tickets in the current YAMAHA R1 Promotion.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the prize consists of 3 × AUSTMOTO Rider Access™ packages valued at $219 AUD each, each carrying one promotional entry into the current KTM 890 Adventure R Promotion.

Total Prize Value: $657 AUD

The three promotional entries are reserved from within the existing maximum of 300 total entries in the main YAMAHA R1 Promotion.

The Mini Draw therefore does not increase the main promotion beyond 300 entries.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

 

8. DRAW DETAILS

The Mini Draw will be conducted on:

Thursday 24 September 2026

at approximately:

8:00pm–8:30pm AEST

The winner will be determined by random electronic selection using RandomDraws.com.au / TPAL Electronic Draw System.

Each valid Mini Draw entry will have an equal opportunity of being selected.

One winning entry will be randomly selected.

The selection will be shown live via the AUSTMOTO Instagram account, subject to internet and technical availability.

If a technical issue prevents or interrupts the Instagram broadcast, this will not invalidate an otherwise properly conducted electronic draw.

 

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address supplied with their purchase within 24 hours of the draw.

The winner may also be announced on AUSTMOTO's website, Instagram and/or Facebook accounts.

The Promoter may verify the winner's identity, age, place of residence and eligibility before awarding the prize.

 

10. ALLOCATION OF THE 3 PREMIUM TICKETS

Following verification, the winner will receive all three promotional entries in the current YAMAHA R1 Promotion.

Those entries will participate in the main promotion under the Terms & Conditions applying to that promotion.

Winning this Mini Draw does not mean the entrant has won the YAMAHA R1.

The prize from this Mini Draw is the 3 Premium Tickets/entries in the main promotion.

 

11. UNCLAIMED OR INVALID WINNER

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected winner.

If the selected winner is ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or the prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize redraw may be conducted from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Any replacement winner will be notified and published where required.

 

12. PRIVACY

Personal information supplied by entrants will be used to administer purchases, entries, the draw and prize allocation and to contact the winner.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the AUSTMOTO Privacy Policy.

 

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Participation in the Mini Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may verify purchases and entries and may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, invalid or otherwise contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control affect the conduct of the promotion, the Promoter will act in accordance with applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter will retain records relating to the promotion and electronic draw as required by applicable law.
